Remote Real Estate Attorney (Commercial & Residential) Overview: An established law firm with a strong national real estate practice is seeking a Remote Real Estate Attorney to join its growing team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. and the opportunity to handle sophisticated transactions involving both commercial and residential real estate — including high-end and luxury properties. Key Responsibilities: • Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. • Manage residential real estate closings from contract through completion, with particular attention to detail and client service. • Negotiate and draft complex contracts such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents. • Conduct due diligence, title, and survey review; coordinate closings with lenders, title companies, and counterparties. • Provide practical, business-minded legal advice to clients in all stages of property transactions. Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to any U.S. state bar (Florida Bar not required). • 3–5+ years of relevant real estate experience, ideally including lender/borrower representation. • Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple matters independently in a remote setting. • Professional, collaborative approach and client-service mindset.
