Day-to-Day
⢠Assist in defending negligence, tort, and liability claims from investigation through resolution
⢠Draft motions, discovery, and briefs for state and federal courts · Participate in depositions and witness preparation in high-exposure cases
⢠Support mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations for optimal client outcomes
⢠Collaborate with experienced partners on trial strategy and client counseling
