Day-to-Day
ā¢ Assist in defending negligence, tort, and liability claims from investigation through resolution
ā¢ Draft motions, discovery, and briefs for state and federal courts Ā· Participate in depositions and witness preparation in high-exposure cases
ā¢ Support mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations for optimal client outcomes
ā¢ Collaborate with experienced partners on trial strategy and client counseling
