I am currently working with a mid-sized Law firm with a National presence who are seeking a skilled Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their rapidly expanding team. Here is the headlines:

• High Quality Work: Handle complex insurance coverage matters involving substantial claims across a wide range of industries, providing exposure to high-profile, multi-jurisdictional cases that you would usually find in Big Law!
• Lower than Industry Average Billable Hours: Invest less time than comparable environments with no Attorney working more than 1900 hours – as well as in a fully remote capacity
• Recognized National Presence: Join a Mid-Size environment with 50+ Employees across the country – mostly from T50 Schools and Big Law Environments!

The Role

• Litigation & Trial Experience: Gain meaningful courtroom and trial exposure through cases involving contractual disputes, federal claims, and sophisticated multi-party litigation across diverse industries.
• Collaborative Environment: Work alongside seasoned trial attorneys in a dynamic, team-oriented setting - contributing to strategic case planning and developing a deep understanding of advanced litigation tactics.
