Location: Remote or Santa Monica, CA
Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Manage cases from inception through trial preparation
Handle diverse civil litigation and employment defense cases
Take and defend depositions
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Assist in case strategy development and execution
Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances
Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members
Work Environment:
No formal billable hour requirement
Flexible work-from-home environment with access to Santa Monica office
Must be willing to commute to court when necessary
Qualifications:
Active membership and good standing with the California Bar
2+ years of Employment Law experience preferred
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
