ATP-CTP Administrative Support, DPS
This Flight Operations Support (FOS) position will provide support to the Delta Aircrew Training Center Airline Transport Pilot - Certified Training Program (ATP-CTP) managed by Delta Professional Services (DPS). This role provides administrative support for the creation and maintenance of documentation as well as logistics for this FAA-approved program. This position will report to the Program Manager of ATP-CTP Operations at Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS:
• Construct class rosters
• Create student training folders
• Collect and maintain required documents
• Process student voucher requests
• Archiving of student training records
• Simulator/instructor scheduling
• Coordinate with multiple Delta departments
• Setup and breakdown of classroom
• Coordination, setup, and breakdown for Quarterly SIM Recurrent Meetings
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 30 pounds.
