Athletic Scout (College Sports Recruiting & Student Athlete Development)
Pro 7 Sports Recruiting is a national athlete development and recruiting organization that helps high school athletes gain exposure to college programs and scholarship opportunities.
We are currently expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Athletic Scouts. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates across the United States.
This position is best suited for individuals with a background in sports and sales who are comfortable working independently, building relationships, and contributing to athlete development and exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with high school athletes and families
• Educate families on the college recruiting process and available services
• Conduct virtual consultations and guide families through program options
• Build relationships with coaches, athletic programs, and community organizations
• Represent the organization at events, games, and showcases when applicable
• Maintain consistent activity and communication within company systems
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in sales, recruiting, or client-facing roles preferred
• Background in sports (athlete, coach, or strong working knowledge of athletics)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools

Performance Expectations:

Compensation:
• Base monthly stipend available upon meeting activity benchmarks
• Commission paid per enrolled athlete
• Performance-based bonuses and advancement opportunities
• Typical earnings range from $3,000 - $8,000+ per month based on performance
Training:
All selected candidates will complete a structured onboarding process that includes online training modules and live virtual sessions designed to prepare you for success in the role.
