The Full-time Mortgage specialist is to interact with customers/clients to provide information in response to inquiries about Mortgage products, services, take payments, discuss claim statuses and to de-escalate issues through inbound calls. This is a perfect role for team-oriented customer service professionals from all backgrounds who are eager to work for a growing company. MUST be in Florida Successful Candidates have Skills in: customer service, customer support, customer service skills, mortgage, contact center, insurance, call center, data-entry, call center • Must have internet at Home in order to Work From Home • Must have completed high school or equivalent • 6 months or more of successful customer service experience • Bilingual in Spanish candidates will be paid $17 an hour Growth and Employee Benefits: • No matter how long our employees have worked there, they will have an opportunity to apply for advancement opportunities from the day they get out of training.
