Description: We are looking for a Merchant Experience Partner to partner with our highest value merchants to help solve their most pressing issues and provide the opportunity to improve their overall merchant experience as we continue to increase our last-mile logistics platform. As a Merchant Success Associate, you will play a crucial role within the Customer Experience team by providing our merchants with a direct contact for all of their support needs and focusing your efforts on ensuring overall Merchant success. . Collaborate and troubleshoot on important issues for Merchants . Build relationships with Merchant partners by being main contact and expert for our highest revenue Merchants for their support operations . Promote retention and overall Merchant success through service. . Prioritize and escalate issues in partnership with our teams . Develop an expertise in how the systems and resources work, and how to use them to promote positive outcomes for our Merchants . Validate and track Merchant feedback to inform updates to our products and tools Skills: Written communication Skills, Excel, Salesforce, Google suite experience is all NEEDED. SQL experience is not required but it is highly preferred. Customer support, Customer service, Inbound call, Chat support, Human resources, Employee relations, Sales support, Accounting, Finance, Financial analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of strong CSR experience, preferably Financial or Hospitality industry, providing "white-glove" or "Acct manager" service. Experience with proactive and reactive interactions with customers. Basic Excel knowledge - ability to read data. CRITICAL THINKING is huge, Navigating ambiguity, account management experience or come from the banking industry. The team was built out to help with anything and everything.
