They are seeking an Associate Video Editor to join their video content creation team, responsible for crafting marketing videos for social media platforms to engage viewers and enhance brand loyalty.ResponsibilitiesEdit & Export both short-form and long-form videos for various platforms, including paid ads on social mediaShoot footage on iPhone/DSLR cameras to be used for thumb stoppersAnalyze video performance data and make adjustments accordinglyCreate multiple edit variations from existing footage based on performance dataCollaborate with other stakeholders to optimize creativesManage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlinesHelp craft brand-focused storytelling and elevate aesthetic across all video content in videos of varying lengths both in the edit and on setHelp manage the publishing process to ensure content is optimized across multiple platformsSkillsStrong sense of compelling and eye-capturing imageryHas a good sense of composition and aesthetic decisionExcited to work with a cross-functional team to meet goals that help the continued growth of our businessHas a desire to solve problems, openness to giving and receiving feedback and a hunger to always be improvingAbility to prioritize and multitask; self-starter mentalityHas good organizational, communication, and leadership skillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience1 year of experience video editing (Adobe Premiere)Good understanding of video trends on social platformsProficient in Adobe Premiere; After Effects a plusBasic Google Docs experience1 year of experience video editing in a Marketing environmentSocial Media data analysisGoogle Sheets/Docs data entryColor grading and audio mixingExperience editing UGC/homemade video content into short adsBenefitsComprehensive healthcare coverage – We cover 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee-only plans.Through our charity sponsorships, you can make a positive impact on communities worldwide.
