• Overseeing and expanding the agency’s direct mail creative practice.
• Managing team members and guiding career development equitably and humbly.
• Collaborating across internal teams and ad-hoc projects while managing your own book of clients’ content.
• Developing compelling strategies for nonprofits and political challengers.
• Participating in business development, showcasing our best creative work in proposals.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in direct response marketing and direct mail strategies.
• Experience managing teams and training writers.
• Strong inclination towards innovative and bold ideas.
• Comfortable working across various areas of expertise.
• Client-facing experience is essential.
• A passion for connecting with team members and mentees.
