Associate (Transfer Pricing practice)

The Associate in the Transfer Pricing practice will assist in economic analyses, financial modeling, and client interactions while supporting various project activities. Responsibilities Perform economic analyses of transactions, markets, and industries Work in Excel to build economic models, develop financial projections, conduct ratio and other statistical analysis Perform benchmarking analysis and synthesize financial statements Conduct economic and industry research while analyzing client materials to build an understanding of a specific transaction and the factors impacting its terms Review and summarize analyst reports, client documents, and industry trade press Design and conduct searches for relevant market data and other information in a variety of industry and financial databases Assist in the writing of documentation studies, memos, expert reports, and presentations of findings Ensure the integrity and accuracy of analyses Interact with clients during the course of a project; and Assist with practice development activities (training, recruiting, knowledge management) Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or financial/economic analysis (we are accepting applications from recent graduates and candidates in the workforce) Solid working knowledge of finance, accounting, and economic methodologies Command of a broad range of research and quantitative analysis skills (including strong Excel skills) Curious and analytic thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems Effective written and oral communication skills Demonstrated high level of initiative and leadership Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities Excellent time management and task prioritization skills Benefits Comprehensive total rewards program Superior benefits package Wellness programming to support physical, mental, emotional and financial well-being In-house immigration support for foreign nationals and international business travelers Company Overview Charles River Associates is a consulting firm specializing in financial, litigation, regulatory, and management consulting.
