Associate Therapist — Telehealth (MA/CT/MD/WA/OH/NJ residents only)

Job Overview
We are seeking associate-level (license-eligible) therapists to join our telehealth practice. You will carry an individual therapy caseload with full scheduling flexibility, supported by dedicated supervision and an engaged clinical team.
Duties
• Carry a flexible telehealth caseload of individual therapy clients
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide trauma-informed evidence-based therapy
• Serve clients in their preferred language where applicable
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with state licensing board requirements
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, team meetings, and case consultation
• Collaborate with our psychiatric team when clinically indicated
Requirements
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Active associate license or license eligibility in CT, MA, or MD (LMSW, LPC-Associate, LGPC, LMFTA, or equivalent)
• Commitment to completing supervised hours toward full licensure
• Openness to feedback and active engagement in supervision
• Ability to work independently in a telehealth environment (reliable internet, private workspace)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive, affirming, and trauma-informed care
• Experience with or openness to serving immigrant, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities
• Bilingual (Mandarin, Spanish, etc.) or multilingual ability is a strong asset
• Active individual malpractice/professional liability insurance required (group coverage also provided by CMW)
Compensation & Benefits
• Flexible scheduling
• 5 paid sick days per year
• Eligible full-time employees receive a monthly health insurance reimbursement benefit up to plan limits.
Malpractice Coverage
• Group professional liability (malpractice) coverage provided by CMW for all employed clinicians
• Employees are responsible for maintaining their own individual malpractice insurance
Practice Support
• Full administrative support — billing, credentialing, and scheduling handled for you
• Telehealth-first practice (hybrid in-person opportunities expanding)
• Regular team case consultation in a collaborative, non-siloed work culture
• OPT candidates welcome; H1B sponsorship considered for qualified candidates
• Opportunity to grow with an expanding multi-state practice
