About the RoleWorking as a therapist is deeply meaningful—and we also know it comes with real challenges. At Wellity Health, we’re committed to being upfront about both. We’re currently hiring full-time Associate Therapists who are committed to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment where consistency and structure matter.While this is a fully remote position, it is not self-scheduled. Our team works standard 8-hour days, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and full-time clinicians carry a caseload of up to 32 weekly sessions once fully onboarded. Some days may include up to 7 clients, with as many as 4 sessions scheduled back-to-back. While these heavier days usually happen only a few times per week, we want to be clear: this is a full-time clinical role with a consistent, structured schedule and full-time responsibilities.In return, we offer paid administrative time, weekly company-paid supervision, a collaborative clinical team, and systems designed to help you focus on care. If you’re looking for a role that will challenge you clinically, help you build strong therapeutic muscles, and support your journey toward licensure, you’ll find that here.While this is a remote role, it does require working in the state of California.What You’ll DoProvide 1:1 therapy for children, adolescents, and adultsThis will include 5 - 7 client appointments of 53+ minutes each, each day, for a total of 32-33 clients each week.Deliver evidence-based mental health care to adults and/or childrenCreate and manage treatment plans and clinical documentationParticipate in weekly supervision and team consultationsIncludes two units of supervision and internal meetings on an as-needed basis.Collaborate with psychiatry providers and broader care teamsMaintain timely and compliant documentation in our EHR SystemIncludes 24-hour turn around for followup appointments and 48-hour turn around for initial appointments.What You’ll NeedMust be able to work in CaliforniaActive Associate license in California (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW)Master’s degree in Social Work, MFT, or Counseling (CSWE-accredited for Social Work)Experience with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care; EMDR or clinical niche preferredAbility to sit with clients in emotionally intense sessions with care and clarityAccess to a quiet, confidential workspace with stable internetWho You AreOrganized, responsive, and ethically groundedCollaborative by nature but confident working independentlyComfortable navigating a structured schedule and a full caseloadPassionate about serving diverse populations (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and more)Self-motivated and dependable—you follow through without needing external remindersAble to maintain focus and accountability in a remote setting, with strong time management and integrity in daily workWhy Join Us?Competitive benefits, PTO, and sick timePaid admin time & weekly supervisionOngoing training & clinical supportA mission-driven team that values high standards, integrity, and inclusivityIf you're looking for meaningful work in a highly structured, supportive environment—and you're ready to grow your clinical experience while making a real impact—we’d love to meet you.Pay Range: Base Salary Range: $70,304 - $80,000 Pay range is based on both your years of licensure and the number of hours you’ve accrued toward independent licensure. We also offer a 10% bilingual differential for Spanish-speaking therapists in recognition of the additional nuance required to provide therapy in one language while navigating clinical documentation, team communication, and organizational systems in another.
