Associate Systems Administrator
Tentamus is a global network of accredited analytical laboratories providing quality and safety analysis. They are seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to provide frontline technical support, assist with IT systems maintenance, and collaborate with the IT team while gaining hands-on experience with servers and networks.ResponsibilitiesProvide frontline support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and common software applicationsAssist with managing IT tickets in ClickUp and ensure timely updates and resolutionsSupport end users with account setup, password resets, and general troubleshootingHelp maintain and update IT documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articlesAssist senior IT staff with basic server, network, and cloud administration tasksParticipate in routine system maintenance, patching, and monitoringLearn and apply Tentamus IT standards and security practices in daily tasksCollaborate with the global Tentamus IT team on projects and upgrades as assignedSkillsAuthorized to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipStrong problem-solving and communication skillsHigh attention to detailHold an Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field; or equivalent technical training/experience1–2 years of IT helpdesk, desktop support, or related experience (internships and co-op experience accepted)Familiarity with Windows and macOS desktop administrationBasic understanding of Active Directory and user/group managementKnowledge of fundamental networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, VPN)Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and common business productivity toolsStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skillsWillingness and ability to learn new technologies and systemsMust be able to lift 50lbs at a timeEntry-level certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals) a plusExposure to virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V) or basic scripting is helpfulBenefitsComprehensive and low-cost benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, EAP)Ample PTOMatching 401kCompany OverviewFor more than a decade the Tentamus Group has been providing services to customers all over the world.
