About the position
The Associate Studio Photo Producer at YETI is responsible for leading the in-studio product photography production processes. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The individual will manage all aspects of studio photography, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality visual assets.
Responsibilities
Accountable for the organization and management of all studio photography, from product roadmap alignment, shot list development, shoot & retouching scheduling, to final delivery of assets.

Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment in shot list and final image output.
,
Maintain holistic viewpoint of all incoming requests to maximize efficiency of timelines & shoot days.
,
Collaborate and communicate effectively across marketing, merchandising, product, creative, retail, and wholesale teams.
,
Execute on delivery timelines and schedules in coordination with project management teams and in collaboration with internal photographer and retoucher.
,
Oversee studio space & photo equipment.
,
Manage photo sample inventory and timelines in collaboration with product team.
,
Collaborate with external vendors or freelancers on projects that fall outside of internal capabilities when necessary.
,
Recognize process gaps & bring innovative solutions to the table.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
,
3+ years' experience producing in-studio product photography at a brand, production co or agency
,
Very detail oriented and organized
,
Self-starter and multi-tasker who can handle multiple workstreams & tight timelines
,
Excellent communication skills with an ability to partner with stakeholders across the business
Nice-to-haves
Experience in the outdoors and/or with outdoor brands
,
Some experience with outdoor lifestyle photography
