Associate R&W Broker
WTW is a leading company in the transactional risk sector, seeking an Associate R&W Broker to support the Transactional Risk Team within the Willis Mergers & Acquisitions Group. The role involves designing and placing transactional risk products for clients, preparing submissions, and maintaining relationships with key carriers. Responsibilities Works with the Transactional Risk Team within the Willis Mergers & Acquisitions Group in the design and placement of transactional risk products for clients, attends deal calls with clients to secure transaction information, prepares submissions/coverage specifications, assists with preparing advice to client regarding carrier selection and deal structure considerations, prepares internal financial and statistical reports including analysis of M&A market trends and team data.
