Brightway Insurance – The Martin Agency is growing, and we are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to join our team as an Associate Risk Advisor.
This is a commission-based 1099 opportunity for someone who wants to build a book of business, earn residual renewal income, and potentially grow into a partnership role.
What You’ll Do
• Help individuals, families, and small business owners protect what matters most
• Sell home, auto, umbrella, life, and small business insurance
• Build referral relationships with realtors, mortgage lenders, and local business owners
• Conduct insurance reviews and present customized solutions
Compensation
• 65% of new business commissions
• 10% of renewal commissions
• Uncapped earning potential
