Associate QA Engineer

Responsibilities Work closely with engineering and product owners to define test plans to help identify edge cases and critical user flows, write automated tests, and ensure high quality releases Maintain and expand automation test framework and test processes to maintain a high level of product quality, while minimizing manual testing Identify opportunities to improve QA strategy, remove gaps in coverage, and fix any test flakiness Assist with building and maintaining test environments for the team Identify and comprehensively document any bugs or areas for enhancement within the product Suggest enhancements to both the functional and technical aspects of the product Collaborate with team members on design techniques and coding standards About You You honor your word and own whatever you take on You love to build intuitive software You make mistakes and learn fast You like small teams You’re not afraid to ask questions You pay attention to detail You want to make a difference in the real world You’re self-driven You follow your intuition and sync when needed You strive for excellence in everything you do Skills & Experience 3+ years of automated software testing experience (ideally SaaS products) Ability to drive automation strategy of the product (flakiness, performance, security, quality) Strong experience using Selenium and similar automation frameworks, in addition to C# and .NET Strong experience testing API’s (Postman, Altair, etc) Experience with SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (Azure Cloud preferred) Azure DevOps experience is a plus Benefits Competitive salary, benefits package, and paid time off Flexible schedule Creative and collaborative work environment Direct exposure to the leadership team across departments Be empowered to leave a significant mark on the product and the customers About us We’re an international team from 20+ countries with a growing presence in Boston.
