Associate Project Manager

If you have a passion for project management and want to make a lasting impact on the pharmaceutical industry, we want to hear from you.Required Qualifications:ā¢ Bachelorās degree in a scientific or healthcare-related fieldā¢ At least 4 years of experience in a project management roleā¢ Strong understanding of the drug development processā¢ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and manage clinical project timelines and budgets.
ā¢ Monitor and evaluate the progress of projects to ensure they are meeting set timelines and budgets.
ā¢ Communicate project updates to clients, stakeholders and team members.
ā¢ Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
ā¢ Identify project risks and develop strategies to minimize or prevent them.
ā¢ Prepare project reports, presentations, and other documents.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical projects.
ā¢ Utilize project management software to create and track project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress.
ā¢ Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to project management.
