In this role, you help deliver end-to-end product experience in both physical and digital domains. Working with the Product Owner (Removables), you'll help deliver jaw-dropping product experiences that contribute to our ambitious goal of achieving >50% market share for Removables. You will collaborate directly with engineering, dental design experts, operations, product marketing, and other departments to help implement innovative features and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market. You'll be responsible for executing on key components of the product strategy while developing a holistic understanding of the product lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of removable dental prosthetics technology while developing core product management skills that will accelerate your career growth.What You'll DoCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product features and improvements that enhance the customer experienceSupport product strategy execution by gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market data, and industry trendsCreate and maintain product documentation including user stories, requirements, and process flowsDevelop understanding of the removable dentures workflow, manufacturing processes, and customer pain pointsTrack and report on key metrics that measure product performance and user satisfactionOrganize and facilitate user research sessions to gather insights for product improvementsSupport the product roadmap development by providing data-driven insights and recommendationsWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in operations or entry-level product managementBachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong organizational capabilitiesProactive problem-solver who can work independently while supporting broader team goalsComfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environmentPassion for user experience and customer-centric product developmentBasic understanding of product development processesBonus Points ForExperience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau)Familiarity with dental or healthcare industriesKnowledge of removable dental prosthetics (full dentures, partial dentures, etc.)Understanding of CAD/CAM systems or digital manufacturingPrevious experience in a startup environmentWhy Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to start your product career at one of the most innovative and fast-growing tech startups in healthcare.
