Associate Product Manager, Rosetta Stone

This role involves advancing the language learning product by boosting learner engagement and refining internal systems, while collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful solutions.ResponsibilitiesDiscover, define, and deliver a wide range of product features; you could be working on anything from learner motivation features to developing new reporting insights to rethinking onboarding flowsCollaborate internally to evolve the product, helping to determine which developments make the greatest impact, and seeing them through to completionDesign simple, elegant, and robust solutions that address customer needs and align with the broader business strategy; provide detailed written specifications for each solutionCollaborate with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams throughout the end-to-end product development process to achieve the greatest positive impact for usersProvide ongoing updates and recommendations to Product and company leadership; contribute to the product vision and roadmapSkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or related field1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech, Enterprise SaaS, or related fieldEffective communication and collaboration skills, especially with Engineering, Design, and QA teamsPassion for crafting and communicating product vision across the organizationStrong focus on user journey and experience, understanding both consumer and enterprise perspectivesProficient in wireframing product concepts to visually communicate ideas and iterate on designs efficientlyProven ability to manage projects adeptly, adjusting tasks and priorities to meet evolving business needs, and communicate changes effectively to stakeholdersComfortable in a dynamic, lean team environment where adaptability is keyLearning mindset, embracing challenges with a can-do attitudeSelf-motivated and proactive, taking initiative without remindersCreative, open-minded, and consistently positive attitudePassion for improving education through technologyBenefitsEquityBenefitsCompany OverviewAt IXL Learning, we are passionate about improving learning for all.
