Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help drive product initiatives from idea to delivery. This role works closely with product managers, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, support product development, and contribute insights through market and competitive analysis. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with execution.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements from stakeholders and users, including defining workflows for new features and improvements to existing ones.
Write clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation for development teams.
Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle to clarify requirements and support implementation.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release activities.
Support development teams by answering questions, identifying gaps, and helping resolve requirements or process issues.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
Collect and analyze product data to support prioritization decisions and roadmap planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
Assist in tracking product performance and gathering user feedback to support continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting software development teams in Agile environments.
Ability to conduct competitive research and synthesize market insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
Ability to work proactively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with B2B SaaS or technology products.
Understanding of product metrics and user behaviour analysis.
Exposure to the translation or localization industry.
