Provide legal advice and guidance on product development and launch, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Review and draft product-related contracts and agreements, including terms of use, privacy policies, and licensing agreements.

Conduct legal research and analysis on product-related issues, staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business teams, to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance for product development and launch.

Support the negotiation and execution of product-related deals and partnerships.

Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, related to product development and launch.

Monitor and track changes in laws and regulations that may impact product development and launch, and provide recommendations for compliance.

Assist in the resolution of legal disputes related to product development and launch.

Participate in training and education programs for internal teams on legal issues related to product development and launch.

Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in product development and launch legal matters.

Handle other legal tasks and projects as assigned by senior legal team members.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
