The Associate Producer/Editor role involves supporting producers and editing low lift compilations, while contributing to tentpole initiatives and managing organized archives of team assets. Responsibilities Edit low lift compilations, lifts, and shorts to Nick Jr. standards; deliver on schedule Assist other producers on high lift projects Support tentpole projects (PAW Patrol arcs; film adjacent campaigns); coordinate with contractors as needed Archive and manage files; uphold internal media management and documentation practices Brainstorm and pitch ideas Skills 1–2+ years in digital video post production or relevant internship experience Adobe Premiere proficiency Strong organization, communication, and file management skills Ability to learn QC/publishing standards quickly Exposure to Nick Jr. franchises and channel workflows Familiarity with VO setup, basic graphics, and audio sweetening Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401(k) plan Life insurance coverage Disability benefits Tuition assistance program PTO Company Overview Paramount is a leading media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide.
