Associate Producer (Japanese Bilingual)

Responsibilities
ā¢ Serve as the primary liaison between Japanese development teams and the GOEA production team for live operations titles.

ā¢ Monitor product updates and maintenance schedules.

ā¢ Request information for social media and marketing efforts.

ā¢ Share fan feedback with Japanese development teams.
,
ā¢ Translate informational material from Japanese to English and vice versa.
,
ā¢ Provide game assets for promotional purposes, including screenshots and video captures.
,
ā¢ Obtain clearance for asset usage from IP holders.
,
ā¢ Generate ideas for utilizing assets in events and tradeshows.
,
ā¢ Coordinate post-launch content development with Community Management.
,
ā¢ Establish and communicate KPI targets.
,
ā¢ Provide feedback on marketing materials and check accuracy of in-game messaging.

ā¢ Ensure correct timings of messages, announcements, and reveals.
,
ā¢ Manage and mentor junior team members when assigned.
Requirements
ā¢ Business level proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal).

ā¢ Bachelor's degree (preferred).
,
ā¢ 2 to 4 years of localization experience in a similar position preferred.

ā¢ Excellent attention to detail.
,
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
,
ā¢ Flexibility to work overtime.
,
ā¢ Willingness to travel for business as needed.
,
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

ā¢ Proven track record in a data-driven environment is a plus.

ā¢ Strong public speaking and presentation skills are a plus.
