Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary liaison between Japanese development teams and the GOEA production team for live operations titles.

• Monitor product updates and maintenance schedules.
,
• Request information for social media and marketing efforts.
,
• Share fan feedback with Japanese development teams.
,
• Translate informational material from Japanese to English and vice versa.
,
• Provide game assets for promotional purposes, including screenshots and video captures.
,
• Obtain clearance for asset usage from IP holders.
,
• Generate ideas for utilizing assets in events and tradeshows.
,
• Coordinate post-launch content development with Community Management.
,
• Establish and communicate KPI targets.
,
• Provide feedback on marketing materials and check accuracy of in-game messaging.
,
• Ensure correct timings of messages, announcements, and reveals.
,
• Manage and mentor junior team members when assigned.

Requirements
• Business level proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal).
,
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
,
• 2 to 4 years of localization experience in a similar position preferred.
,
• Excellent attention to detail.
,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
,
• Flexibility to work overtime.
,
• Willingness to travel for business as needed.
,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
,
• Proven track record in a data-driven environment is a plus.
,
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills are a plus.

• Passion for games.
