The Community You Will... Join
The Associate Principal of Strategic Finance & Analytics will report to the Finance Director Community Support. S/he will be responsible for partnering with the Community Support (CS), Finance partners, analytics and data engineering teams to build a more robust data foundation, analyze data, provide insights and provide actionable recommendations.
The Difference You Will Make
Understand Community Supports data structures and dependencies to provide recommendations to build a more robust data foundation.
Analyze Guest / Host behaviors and operations metrics to provide insights, estimate financial impact and provide actionable recommendations.
In collaboration with business partners and finance, establish key metrics tracking to understand performance and drive accountability.
Collaborate with finance to ensure financial impacts of the aforementioned are included on financial operations including budgeting, planning, monthly/quarterly close, forecasting, variance analysis, long-range planning, financial reporting, and P&L management.
