Associate Media Planner

Critical Mass is a dynamic company specializing in media and marketing solutions. They are seeking an Associate Media Planner who will coordinate media campaigns, assist in developing multi-channel media plans, and support the Media team in reporting and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Coordinate the management, trafficking, optimization, and reporting of all campaign initiatives Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel media plans, including digital display, paid social, video, search, and traditional media Work closely with the billing team to ensure prompt payments Be responsible for media campaign set-up and execution, including working with other internal teams and clients to secure deliverables Support Marketing and Media Managers in reporting templates, management and presentations to clients Be responsible for pulling and delivering accurate data in initial analyses Research and prepare new information for paid media plans, RFPs, and presentations Evaluate, build, and maintain relationships in the display and emerging media community Stay up to date on and sharing the Marketing and Media groups on the latest trends in interactive marketing/media and developments Participate in new business efforts as needed by team lead(s) Skills Familiarity with and passion for digital media Analytical mindset Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details Ability to work effectively under stressful situations and time constraints Good project management, planning and organizational skills Ability to work independently yet seek help when needed Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel Independent and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations Exposure or general understanding of digital media, or relevant capstone projects or internships Basic understanding of marketing metrics and performance tracking a plus Benefits Global maternity and parental leave Competitive benefits packages Vacation, compassionate leave, personal/sick days, and flex days Access to online services for families and new parents Early Dismissal Friday’s (off at 3:00 PM local time every Friday) 12 affinity groups Internal learning and development programs Enterprise-wide employee discounts Company Overview Critical Mass is a digital experience design agency with a relentless focus on the customer.
