Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive category growth, strengthen brand equity, deliver impactful marketing programs, and foster collaborative partnerships with Sales to achieve customer and company objectives. Strategic Brand & Account Marketing ManagementServe as the primary marketing lead for assigned retail accounts, ensuring all marketing initiatives are tailored to customer-specific needs and aligned with overall FQCP strategyIncluding but not limited to: Promotional campaigns, eCommerce content, Assortment/POG decisions and shopper marketing initiativesDevelop a deep understanding of account’s category strategy, shopper demographics, and competitive landscape to position company offerings for maximum impactCollaborate with Sales counterparts to co-create annual joint business plans (JBPs) that integrate marketing activation calendars, promotional strategies, assortment changes and innovation timelinesEnsure all account-specific marketing programs are aligned with corporate objectives, brand guidelines, and profitability targetsMarketing Program Development & ExecutionLead the creation and execution of customer-specific marketing programs, including in-store merchandising, digital campaigns, sampling initiatives, and seasonal promotionsPartner with Sales to secure retailer buy-in for marketing programs and ensure flawless execution at shelf and onlineManage creative development, packaging updates, and content creation in collaboration with internal design, insights, and product teamsOversee eCommerce content optimization for assigned accounts, ensuring product detail pages, imagery, and enhanced content meet retailer requirements and drive conversionBusiness Performance Monitoring & InsightsTrack and analyze marketing program performance using syndicated data, retailer POS, and digital analytics to measure ROI and inform future strategiesPartner with Sales and Insights teams to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within assigned accountsProvide actionable recommendations to Sales counterparts for promotional adjustments, assortment changes, or marketing enhancements based on data-driven insightsPrepare and present marketing performance reviews to internal leadership and retail partners, highlighting impact on sales, share, and brand healthCustomer Communication & Relationship BuildingMaintain consistent, professional communication with retail marketing and merchandising contacts to ensure alignment on program objectives and timelinesAct as a category and brand advocate by sharing shopper insights, innovation updates, and marketing best practices that add value to the retailer’s businessRepresent the company at customer marketing meetings, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen relationships and enhance FQCP visibilityCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Sales counterparts to ensure marketing strategies support account-specific sales goals and joint business plansCollaborate with Product Development, Insights, Supply Chain, Finance, and eCommerce teams to deliver cohesive, customer-ready programsWork with Sales to forecast demand for marketing-driven initiatives and ensure inventory readiness for promotions and launchesAlign with Sales on pricing, promotional tactics, and merchandising execution to maximize program successAssortment Optimization & MerchandisingProvide recommendations for all assortment needs for Brick & Mortar and eCommerceProvide an Opportunity Gap Analysis for each retailer based on category performance, consumer trends, and space constraintsPartner with Insights to develop planogram recommendations and merchandising strategies that maximize visibility and salesMonitor competitive activity – promotion, assortment changes, and pricingImplementation of Business InitiativesSupport the launch of new products, packaging changes, and promotional campaigns within assigned accounts, ensuring timely execution and compliance with retailer requirementsManage artwork transitions for packaging updates, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely approval from all stakeholders prior to productionTrack and measure the effectiveness of initiatives, providing feedback for continuous improvementTravel & In-Person EngagementAttend in-person customer meetings, line reviews, and industry events across North America as requiredConduct store visits to assess merchandising execution, competitive activity, price gaps/changes, and shopper engagementCultural & Leadership ExpectationsConsistently demonstrate behaviors oversightContribute to forecast accuracy by collaborating with Demand Planning and Sales on timely marketing inputs, launch timelines, and promotional calendarsEnable new product distribution goals by creating compelling launch programs, retailer sell-in materials, and shopper engagement strategiesDrive SKU productivity and category performance through assortment optimization, promotional planning, and marketing-led innovation supportModel urgency, accountability, and collaboration in all cross-functional and customer-facing activitiesConsistently act in alignment with FQCP’s Cultural PillarsThe ideal candidate should possess the following:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the areas of Sales and MarketingStrong verbal and written communications skills.Aptitude to work independently and collaboratively within a teamAbility to interact with all levels of management.Demonstrated strong business and financial acumen and possesses basic consumer packaged goods industry knowledge.Solid experience in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong accountability and completion of tasks without close supervision.Proactive, organized, and efficient with extraordinary attention to detail, high standards for grammar/visual consistency & information accuracy.Knowledge of Marketing fundamentals.Positive and self-motivated individual, with ability to adjust and adapt in a regularly changing environment.Proficiency in related applications, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and data analytic tools (IRI).Strong problem-solving skills.Proven experience with direct response, analytical, and project/campaign managementAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of current marketing trends.Normal mobility, manual dexterity, normal visual and auditory ability.Must be able to speak, read,
