Associate Marketing Manager
Dotdash Meredith is a leading media and digital company, and they are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join their Beauty team. The role involves managing the pre-sale process and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with advertising partners while collaborating closely with various brand teams. Responsibilities Manage proactive and RFP responses, creating smart, strategic ideas for advertising partners in the Beauty vertical Collaborate across the People Inc. portfolio to create sellable opportunities for advertisers that are grounded in our brandβs most influential franchises and tentpoles Lead internal conversations with People Inc. brands and verticals to communicate high-value opportunities to the Beauty sales team on a regular basis Bring ideas to life through well-written and visually-appealing proposals that represent our brands, capabilities, and ideas flawlessly Partner closely with Editorial, Events, Studios Research, Account Strategy, and Design to ensure proposals effectively communicate our unique value proposition Develop strong relationships with the sales team to become experts on their business; provide support on client calls, as needed Integrated proposal development (creative brainstorming, strategic writing, designing proposal, scope management, liaising with appropriate teams to gather all information) Presentation Development (category presentations, program sell-sheets, etc.) Fostering relationships with outside brand teams to bring opportunities to the beauty and style vertical Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, related field, or equivalent training and/or experience 1-2 years relevant experience at a digital and/or print publisher, with a focus in pre-sales marketing; background in Beauty category is a plus Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills with an ability to execute visually impactful presentations (fluent in Keynote and Powerpoint) Excellent communicator, who remains poised under pressure and can tailor messages for different audiences Understanding of digital advertising landscape, products, and trends; understanding of social, experiential, print and/or programmatic marketplace is a plus True self-starter β provide proactive ideas, understand organizational goals, and move initiatives forward Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Benefits Medical Dental Vision Prescription drug coverage Unlimited paid time off (PTO) Adoption or surrogate assistance Donation matching Tuition reimbursement Basic life insurance Basic accidental death & dismemberment Supplemental life insurance Supplemental accident insurance Commuter benefits Short term and long term disability Health savings and flexible spending accounts Family care benefits A generous 401K savings plan with a company match program 10-12 paid holidays annually Generous paid parental leave (birthing and non-birthing parents) Pet insurance Accident Critical and hospital indemnity health insurance coverage Life and disability insurance Company Overview Dotdash Meredith is a digital and print media company that reaches a vast audience through its diverse portfolio of iconic brands.
