Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making. Conduct research and gather insights to support the development of innovative strategies. Present recommendations and proposals to senior management and key stakeholders. Monitor and track progress of initiatives and make adjustments as needed. Work closely with clients and partners to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration. Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of strategies and make data-driven recommendations. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to inform strategy development. Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic initiatives.
