Associate Manager, Hedge Fund/Private Equity Fund Accounting (West Coast)

As an Associate Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the accounting and financial reporting for our hedge fund and private equity clients. Oversee and manage the accounting and financial reporting for hedge fund and private equity clients on the West Coast. Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund transactions, including capital calls, distributions, and NAV calculations. Supervise a team of fund accountants and provide guidance and support to ensure quality work and timely deliverables. Monitor and review financial statements, investor reports, and other client deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all accounting and reporting inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to hedge fund and private equity fund accounting. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team. Train and mentor team members to promote their professional growth and development.
