Develop and implement global media strategies that align with PepsiCo's overall business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, insights, and media agencies to drive business growth Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate media performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations, constantly seeking out new opportunities for PepsiCo's media strategy Work with media agencies to negotiate and secure optimal media placements and partnerships Monitor and manage media budgets to ensure effective and efficient use of resources Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners to drive innovation and value for PepsiCo Provide regular updates and reports on media performance and make strategic recommendations for improvement Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment Embrace a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
