Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Associate Manager to join our DoorDash Drive team, focusing on digital ordering strategic initiatives. As a key member of our Strategy & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth, identifying new vectors for growth, and solving important challenges for our merchant partners. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the penetration of our first-party products with SMB restaurants in the US and Canada
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve complex challenges, inform product and GTM strategies, and drive operational efficiency
Analyze complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to merchants and internal teams
Design and execute experiments to test and build processes that drive growth and retention of our most important merchants
Establish best practices for scaling platform products and develop initiatives to increase team productivity and drive enablement across the organization
What We're Looking For:
4-6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, or client experience
Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally, and succeeding in a team environment
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to challenge and dissect data
Entrepreneurial spirit, with a bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
