We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services to join our team at CVS Health. Key Responsibilities:
Oversight of appeals, including clinical and non-clinical staff, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking
Development, implementation, and communication of performance expectations, with accountability for maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
Support for team and individual development, including recruitment, hiring, and training of staff
Monitoring of open inventory, production, and quality, with a focus on delivering results that drive business outcomes
Participation in weekend on-call rotations, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our patients and members
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence
3+ years of clinical experience, with 2+ years of appeals experience
RN Associate's Degree minimum required, with BSN preferred
Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with providers, members, staff, and leaders
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $80,340.00 - $173,040.00
