Associate Manager Clin Ops Management

At PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Manager of Clinical Operations Management to join our team. This individual will be a key player in the development and execution of our clinical studies, ensuring that our projects are compliant with all applicable regulations and standards.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent project management and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in overseeing clinical operations. We are looking for someone with the ability to develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful completion of our clinical programs.Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as clinical research administration, plus a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role. Experience with global clinical trials and ICH guidelines is also beneficial. In addition, the successful candidate must possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful completion of clinical programs. Monitor and track clinical trials to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Monitor and evaluate clinical trial performance, provide feedback, and suggest corrective actions as needed. Manage and coordinate the activities of clinical operations teams and other personnel to ensure timely completion of clinical programs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure effective communication between clinical operations teams and other departments. Provide guidance on clinical operations processes and procedures. Monitor and review clinical data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare and review clinical study reports and other documents.
