Job duties:
Work remote. We have an office in Henderson / Las Vegas area.
Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
Required:
Ā· NV Bar
Ā· Recent insurance defense experience
