You’ll work closely with the Key Account Management and broader Provider Sales teams to deliver excellent service, drive product adoption and support commercial outcomes.This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast‑paced environment and developing their commercial skills within a structured healthcare setting. What you’ll be doing Account Support & ExecutionExecute account plans and growth initiatives for assigned accountsManage a portfolio of small to mid‑tier customers remotelyEnsure timely follow‑up on customer requests and enquiries Customer EngagementConduct proactive outbound calls to support product uptake and retentionIdentify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned to customer needsMaintain regular, value‑adding engagement with customers Customer Service ExcellenceAct as a primary point of contact for customer queriesResolve issues efficiently and professionallyDeliver a consistently high‑quality customer experience Data & SystemsMaintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM (e.g. Salesforce)Track account performance, activities and opportunitiesSupport reporting and administrative requirements CollaborationWork cross‑functionally across sales, operations and internal teamsSupport pricing, operational execution and team initiativesContribute to team targets and overall Provider Sales performance About ResMedResMed is a global leader in sleep and respiratory health, supporting millions of people worldwide with market‑leading medical devices and digital health solutions.
