Associate, Investor Relations

The Associate in Investor Relations will be responsible for creating and distributing marketing and investment reporting materials, responding to client requests, and supporting the IR team in various tasks. Responsibilities Quickly and accurately respond to requests from external constituents including clients, consultants, placement agents, and prospective clients requiring data-related information and written material on the firm and its investment products with a focus on private credit capabilities Develop and refine client-ready PowerPoint presentations, including both building materials from scratch and enhancing existing content with clear, high-quality visuals Update and maintain repository of charts, data, graphics, and written responses to be used for various marketing needs Update quarterly marketing materials and investor presentations Prepare custom presentations for client update meetings, annual general meeting, advisory committee meetings, etc Ensure the firm’s data room for prospective investors is populated and remains up to date Complete RFPs and RFIs for clients and prospects, using existing materials, synthesizing knowledge of the firm, its strategies, and competitive positioning with information about private markets trends to create a compelling submission Work within CRM system to maintain and improve client data and information Track client deliverables and other projects through workflow monitoring system Update online consultant and third-party databases and Apogem data room for prospective investors with firm and investment information Provide support for various special projects Use AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality in presentation development, data analysis, and written responses Work effectively with other teams including sales team, investment team, business intelligence and data team, operations, compliance, and legal Skills Four-year college degree in related field One to four years' experience preferably within the investment industry Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and proactively manage time and workload efficiently Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance output quality Advanced PowerPoint skills, including the ability to build polished, client-ready presentations and visuals from scratch; proficiency in Word and Excel Solid understanding of investment management and private markets Understanding of private credit and direct lending, including key structures, participants, and market trends Strong marketing intelligence Benefits Leave programs Adoption assistance Student loan repayment programs Company Overview For over 180 years, we’ve helped turn your biggest dreams into milestones that last a lifetime.
