Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Management, or closely related field.

Two years of experience in financial analysis or related position.

Experience in financial and M&A modeling.

Experience in analyzing and structuring transactions.

Experience in assessing the value of private and public companies.
,
Experience in credit documentation negotiation.
,
Familiarity with Bloomberg, CapIQ, or Pitchbook.

Master's degree in a related field.
