As we scale globally, influencer marketing is a core growth channel driving registrations, trials, and revenue for Paperpal. Weβre looking for a performance-driven Influencer Marketing Associate who treats creators as a measurable acquisition channel - not just a branding exercise. Paperpal Website: Paperpal social media: Job responsibilities: Develop and execute a globally scalable, revenue-driven influencer marketing strategy focused on academia. Identify, onboard, and build a scalable pipeline of creators across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Manage the end-to-end creator lifecycle: outreach, onboarding, negotiation, campaign execution, invoicing, and retention. Track and optimize key performance metrics (CTR, registrations, conversions, revenue). Build and manage performance-based influencer models (affiliate, commission, hybrid). Collaborate with paid media teams to amplify high-performing content. Analyze campaign performance to scale high-ROI formats and cut underperforming spend. Expand and prioritize influencer efforts across key global markets (Middle East, EU, India, APAC, etc.). Qualifications and prerequisites: 3β4 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing. Proven experience scaling influencer marketing as a performance/growth channel. Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and revenue tracking. Experience working with multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Ability to negotiate influencer deals (flat fee, commission, hybrid). Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and experimentation. Strong organizational and process-building skills. Experience working with global D2C brands or EdTech (preferred). Experience working with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT etc.).
