The Candidate We are seeking a highly motivated Removal Defense Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in immigration law, including detained matters. This role involves managing existing cases independently, meeting with clients, and collaborating with paralegals and administrative staff to prepare pleadings, briefs, and legal strategy.
