Responsibilities
Participate in the development of materials such as presentations and guides.

Attend meetings, design reviews, and work sessions.

Design against existing specifications, storyboards, and prototypes using Adobe InDesign or similar applications.

Coordinate with the operations team for printing needs and specifications.

Perform graphics and photo editing, including airbrushing, masking, and image retouching.

Prepare sample layouts for approval and feedback while leveraging style guides.
,
Select appropriate type size and style, column width, and spacing for various mediums.
,
Store and file all work and art files for handoffs or historical archiving.
,
Other duties as needed.
Requirements
1+ years of related professional experience.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and Illustrator) and Apple Keynote.

Excellent project/time management skills with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Deep understanding of adult learning and organization improvement principles.

Ability to understand business strategy and translate it into learning solutions.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Ability to build relationships with team members and partners for effective collaboration.

Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
