Role Description
We're looking for a fanfiction enthusiast that is eager to build this app from the ground up. This is a remote role requiring around 5-8 hours per week, and it is currently nonpaid, though equity is included.
As an Associate Founder at Taggie, you will collaborate directly with the founding team to shape the strategic direction and growth of the platform. Your responsibilities will include business development, partnership management, community engagement, and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will implement innovative strategies to scale the user base, enhance user satisfaction, and drive the mission forward. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence decision-making and contribute to building a transformative product from the ground up. After 30 days of employment, you will be eligible to receive equity within the company.
Qualifications
• Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Leadership skills
• Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Problem-Solving capabilities
• Experience in User Engagement, Community Building, and Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategies, and Branding
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a startup environment
• A passion for creative content, specifically fanfiction or community-driven platforms
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation
• Background in product development or technology is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Technology, or a related field is preferred
