They are seeking an Associate in Forensic Technology to support clients with eDiscovery work streams and maintain client satisfaction through effective project management and communication.ResponsibilitiesSupport clients in the delivery of end-to-end eDiscovery work streams with an emphasis on culling in robust eDiscovery platforms like Nuix, Reveal and Relativity and migration of ESI into eDiscovery review platform RelativityUnderstanding and use of eDiscovery best practices, processes, and procedures for the processingParticipate in presentations, demonstrations and training of KPMGs products and services to prospective clients as well as offer recommendations for effective project management, help determine and implement the appropriate workflow and services for an eDiscovery project, respond to request for proposals and generate budget estimatesImplement proficiency in and utilize the various tools available to KPMG for collection, data processing, hosting and production during the life cycles of an eDiscovery project for clientsMaintain regular contact with KPMG team to manage expectations of clients to help ensure client satisfaction and report project progress as necessary, both internally and externallyAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentSkillsMinimum one year of recent experience working on the evidence discovery management processesBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experienceBasic and/or advanced knowledge in Nuix, Relativity/RelativityOne, Reveal, Brainspace, SQL, Python Storage management/Infrastructure Management and any other eDiscovery platforms/toolsFamiliarity with the litigation discovery process and experience with various eDiscovery processes and technologies and large-scale document review and productionAbility to develop and maintain working relationships with various levels of managementExperience using litigation support applications and/or forensic collection toolsExceptional client service and follow-up skillsAbility to travel as neededMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the futurePreferred certifications include Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Review Specialist (RRS), Nuix Certifications, and Reveal BrainSpaceBenefitsMedical and dental plansVision coverageDisability and life insurance401(k) plansA robust suite of personal well-being benefits to support your mental healthPersonal Time Off per fiscal yearCalendar of holidays to be observed during the yearTwo breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time OffCompany OverviewKPMG is one of the worldβs leading professional services firms and the fastest growing Big Four accounting firm in the United States.
