They are seeking an Associate First Notice of Loss Representative to handle claim reports, explain coverages, and set expectations for the claims process.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer serviceAssist customers with new and existing claimsInvolvement with roadside assistance and glass programsTraining will be providedSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent education requiredRequired to obtain state insurance licenses as needed and meet continuing education requirementsIf you reside in the state of Idaho there is an age requirement of 21 to apply for the licenseRegular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient use of Microsoft Word and OutlookMay be called upon to handle additional job dutiesBenefitsMedical, dental, vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, and life insurancePaid Vacation – you will receive at least 13 vacation days in the first 12 months, amounts could be greater depending on the role.
