They are seeking an Associate, Financial Reporting & Audits to lead local statutory audits and control assessments, ensuring high-quality delivery through collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities Audit Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for external auditors during financial audits and reviews; prepare and manage technical memos, schedules, and supporting documentation Request Management: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of audit responses, verifying that all necessary materials and disclosures meet compliance standards Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the FP&A team to coordinate responses regarding forecasts for impairment analysis, going-concern assessments, and other complex financial areas Financial Storytelling: Prepare and deliver clear, comprehensive explanations of financial statements and disclosures to auditors and key external stakeholders Process Optimization: Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial operating efficiency and streamline global operations Skills Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to convey complex financial and technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders Strong relationship-management skills to effectively gather information and resolve audit hurdles with internal 'clients.'
