Associate Experiential Producer

Team Epiphany is a leading full-service creative agency specializing in influencer marketing and innovative campaign development. The Associate Producer will manage day-to-day execution of multiple experiential programs, collaborating with agency creatives and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Support the Lead Producer with logistics, planning, execution, and post-event reporting for assigned projects Research and source new vendors while maintaining existing vendor relationships Provide on-site event management, including load-in/load-out, logistics coordination, and oversight of vendors and brand ambassadors Prepare and manage production documents and lead production meetings (e.g., workback calendars, run-of-show, floor plans, face sheets, etc.) Stay up to date on industry trends and pop culture to inform creative and production strategies Develop and maintain strong client relationships Proactively identify and source new vendors and venues (e.g., florists, caterers, bars, hotels, screening rooms) Skills MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A HYBRID SCHEDULE 3 days/week in-office 10 AM – 7 PM EST 1–3 years of industry experience producing in-person events Prior experience managing or producing events for an agency or brand Experience supporting a Producer and managing budgets of $100K+ Ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proven negotiation skills and vendor management experience Highly detail-oriented, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects Able to work independently with limited supervision and adapt quickly to changing priorities Proficient in Mac OS and collaboration tools including Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Keynote, Slack, and Zoom Existing relationships with production vendors and venues is a plus Benefits Paid Time Off and Observed Holidays Comprehensive Insurance Coverage Wellness and Technology Benefits Bonus Potential Company Overview Team Epiphany is a NYC based brand solutions agency.
