As an Associate Engagement Partner, you will support healthcare technology clients by organizing materials and translating insights into actionable discussion points while developing your skills to become a trusted advisor.ResponsibilitiesSupport client engagements by organizing materials, summarizing objectives, and helping translate insights into clear discussion pointsDevelop relationships with day-to-day client contacts while supporting broader stakeholder alignment alongside Engagement Partners and Vice Presidents of EngagementCoordinate communication, meeting preparation, and follow-ups to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experienceMonitor timelines, renewal indicators, and potential risks—escalating insights and concerns as neededParticipate in discovery conversations and help identify client needs, partnering with senior team members and Sales to advance opportunitiesShare clear, accurate insights with clients using narratives developed by the Insights TeamDocument trends, client perspectives, and key takeaways to inform internal teams and future strategyPrepare briefs and follow-ups to ensure Analysts, Solution Managers, and others are equipped for successful client interactionsBring observations from client interactions into internal discussions to help strengthen engagement approaches over timeSkillsStrong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in building relationshipsClear and professional communication skills, with the ability to translate information into understandable insightsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational habitsA proactive, curious mindset with a desire to grow into a strategic, client-facing roleA collaborative approach and comfort working across multiple teams0–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, project coordination, or related rolesBachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Communications, Health Administration, or related field preferred)Advanced degrees or certifications in Account Management or Customer Success are a plusBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLife insuranceHSA with company match401K with company matchPTOCompany OverviewKLAS helps healthcare providers make informed technology decisions by offering accurate, honest, and impartial vendor performance information.
