Join our Business Development team as Associate Director Business Development.Associate Director Business Development supports the acquisition and growth of new business opportunities, with a focus on Clinical Research and/or Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) services. The role combines proactive client acquisition, account development, and support of strategic sales initiatives.Location: Europe (Remote/Travel Required)Reports to Chief Commercial Officer. The ideal candidate brings a solid track record of successfully driving new client acquisition, demonstrating a strategic, “hunter”-oriented approach in the Clinical Research and/or PV, MI, and RA service domains. RequirementsKey areas of responsibility:Attracting new clients and building strong relationships in Clinical Research and/or PV, MI, and RA service lines.Maintaining good relationships with assigned key clients and ensuring proactive account management. Ensuring completion of assigned sales goals and contributing to broader commercial strategy. Supporting the execution of sales strategy and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.Responsibilities:Business Development Identify and convert new business opportunities in Clinical Research and/or PV, MI, and RA service areas.Independently drive lead generation and relationship development. Support sales strategy implementation and represent the company at industry events. Key Account ManagementDevelop and maintain account plans for assigned clients. Coordinate RFP/RFI responses and lead bid defense meetings. Ensure high client satisfaction and continuity. Operational CollaborationMaintain accurate records in CRM systems.Actively support proposal, marketing, and operations teams during client acquisition cycles.
