POSITION OVERVIEW Coordinator III – Associate Designer Visual Merchandising is a data-focused, detail-oriented role responsible for managing, updating, and analyzing store layout files and planogram changes to ensure alignment with merchandising strategies, Test & Learn programs, localization initiatives, and regulatory requirements. This role supports large-scale retail operations in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment and plays a critical role in maintaining accuracy across store layouts and planogram systems. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Assignment Start Date: 01/12/2026 Assignment End Date: 06/11/2026 Assignment Type: Temp to perm (opportunity to extend or convert to permanent based on business needs) Pay Rate: $23.65 per hour Work Schedule: 20 hours per week, must work EST business hours Type of Start: Individual starts Work Location: Fully remote (working offsite in Eastern time zones in the U.S.) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES β€’ Manage and analyze store layout files and planogram changes to ensure alignment with merchandising strategies β€’ Process daily updates to the mainframe system and maintain SmartSpace and AutoCAD store layout files β€’ Identify and resolve discrepancies where planogram event changes do not align with merchandising strategy or footage requirements β€’ Collaborate with Layout, Planogram, and Test & Learn teams on group file creation, store assignments, and classification updates β€’ Review and analyze future store projects for overlaps with Test & Learn and Localization programs β€’ Support accuracy across 100+ Test & Learn programs, 1,100+ planogram versions, and 186+ additional test programs β€’ Manage weekly discrepancy reporting related to legal requirements, WIC compliance, PSE/CBD restrictions, product limitations, and store-type rules β€’ Partner with Designers to correct system discrepancies β€’ Provide ad hoc support for layout-related rollouts and initiatives, including health programs, poster printers, and vaccine stations β€’ Coordinate workload to manage off-schedule tasks alongside established store timelines β€’ Resolve conflicts between Planogram and Layout Designers before they impact store operations β€’ Enter alpha and numeric data using PCs and other data entry systems β€’ Verify data for completeness and accuracy using visual and system checks β€’ Follow standardized operational procedures that include detailed rules and special instructions β€’ Perform clerical and documentation preparation tasks to support data entry and coding β€’ Assign numerical codes to data entry items and verify coding accuracy as required REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS β€’ Verifiable High School Diploma or GED (required) β€’ 0–1 year of experience in a data entry or computer-based role β€’ Demonstrated effective keyboarding and data entry skills β€’ Ability to navigate computer systems independently in a systems-driven environment β€’ Working knowledge of data entry devices, applications, job formats, and system commands β€’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment β€’ Reliable WiFi connection (WiFi screenshot required prior to start) β€’ Access to a private, secure workspace β€’ Availability to work EST business hours β€’ Ability to comply with safety-sensitive role requirements PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE β€’ Experience working in a Windows-based computer environment β€’ Knowledge of medical terminology, procedure coding, or ICD-9 coding (preferred but not required) WORK ENVIRONMENT & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION β€’ Fully remote role; no onsite or patient-facing duties β€’ This is a safety-sensitive position β€’ Background verification may be required β€’ Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment β€’ 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service INDKS Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $23.65 per hour Benefits: β€’ Dental insurance β€’ Health insurance β€’ Vision insurance Application Question(s): β€’ What is your time zone?
